Group Soundbath at Suite Zen for the 2/22 portal

Our first group soundbath of 2025 will honor the angelic and numerological significance of 222. Join us at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025 in the round room at Suite Zen and Level Up Wellness in Bowling Green. Tabitha will share relaxing, balancing and harmonic tones with 432hz and 528hz tuned quartz crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls. You can also expect to hear elemental Koshi chimes from the Pyrenees mountains of France, crystal singing pyramids, drumming, and more. Yoga mats, blankets, and props will be available, but please feel free to bring your additional comfort items from home. You will also have time for journaling and reflect.
