Full Moon in Virgo - Group Soundbath on March 14

It's almost time to download upgrades under the moonbeams of the full moon in Virgo. Reserve your place for our next group soundbath at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 14 at Suite Zen and Level Up Wellness in Bowling Green.

We will share relaxing, balancing and harmonic tones with 432hz and 528hz tuned quartz crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls. You can also expect to hear elemental Koshi chimes from the Pyrenees mountains of France, crystal singing pyramids, drumming, and more. Yoga mats, blankets, and props will be available, but please feel free to bring your additional comfort items from home. You will also have time for journaling and reflect.
